Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Jefferson County, Kentucky. The job is on the press shop floor. Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
