Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Monguno, Borno State. You will be based in a coffee shop. Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 3+ years on the tools preferred.
