Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Full-time with occasional weekends.
