Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ingham County, Michigan. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
