Powder coater • Tai, Rivers State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Tai, Rivers State. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
