Great opportunity: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Douglas County, Nevada. Your main tasks: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
