Aluminium TIG welder • Pakyong, Sikkim

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Pakyong, Sikkim. On the job you will handle: • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
