Ladle pourer wanted in Gummi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Gummi, Zamfara State. Day to day you will make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal 2+ years on the tools preferred.
