Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Cherry County, Nebraska. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
