Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Isin, Kwara State. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day-to-day duties: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations 4+ years on the tools preferred.
