Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Bekwarra, Cross River State. Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
