Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
