Great opportunity: we are hiring a hand presser in Udu, Delta State. Day to day you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
