Immediate opening: rough terrain crane operator (Kano State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Bunkure, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Requirements: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 1+ years on the tools preferred.
