Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
