Baker — Makoda

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Makoda, Kano State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
