Scullery hand — Ikwuano

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Ikwuano, Abia State. You will be based at a banquet hall. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift We offer ₦90,000 per month plus benefits.
