Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Pennington County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
