Plant operator (dozer) • Abakaliki, Ebonyi State

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. The role involves: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes What we are looking for: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Full-time with occasional weekends.
