You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone We offer ₦160,000 per month plus benefits.
