Toolroom milling operator wanted in Hidalgo County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Hidalgo County, Texas. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Day to day you will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
