Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Part-time with flexible hours.
