Restoration bricklayer • Sumaila, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Sumaila, Kano State. You will be based on a busy housing site. On the job you will handle: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Performance bonus on top of base pay.
