Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Song, Adamawa State. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Full-time, day shift.
