Room service attendant — Maiduguri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a room service attendant in Maiduguri, Borno State. Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Six days a week, one day off.
