Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain 6+ years on the tools preferred.
