Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Boyd County, Kentucky. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
