Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Pategi, Kwara State. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Six days a week, one day off.
