Urgent requirement: overhead (EOT) crane operator (Maryland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Frederick County, Maryland. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate The role involves: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines 6+ years on the tools preferred.
