Confectioner — Alirajpur

Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Alirajpur, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing We are looking for accurate at weighing and following recipes; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving.
