Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Mashegu, Niger State. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
