Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Gabasawa, Kano State. The role involves: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
