Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Aniocha North, Delta State. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Part-time with flexible hours.
