We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Jasper County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
