You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
