Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Kane County, Illinois. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
