Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Jackson County, Illinois. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
