Sausage maker wanted in Sherman County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sausage maker in Sherman County, Oregon. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $18 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
