Pot washer wanted in Garko

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Garko, Kano State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
