Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Coos County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
