Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
