Join our team: we are hiring a press machine operator in Adams County, Colorado. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely Rotating shifts.
