Bakery assistant — Garfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Garfield County, Utah. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
