Vacancy available: mobile crane operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Bedford, England. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Your main tasks: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
