We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
