Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bacon County, Georgia. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
