Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Full-time, day shift.
