Great opportunity: bread and bun maker (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in McHenry County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
