On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
