Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals Day-to-day duties: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
